Enovix Corporation completed its public market debut through a merger with Rodgers Silicon Valley Acquisition Corp (Nasdaq: RSVA), a blank-check company sponsored by Rodgers Capital LLC, the vehicle led by semiconductor industry veteran T.J. Rodgers. The SPAC completed its IPO in 2021 targeting the advanced technology and clean energy sector, ultimately combining with Enovix, a developer of next-generation silicon-anode lithium-ion battery cells for consumer electronics and electric vehicles. An S-1 registration statement was filed on August 2, 2021, in connection with the business combination. The combined company now trades on Nasdaq under the ticker ENVX.
