IronNet, Inc. (Nasdaq: IRNT) is an enterprise cybersecurity company focused on collective defense and network detection and response solutions, founded by retired NSA Director Keith B. Alexander. The company reached public markets through a business combination with LGL Systems Acquisition Corp., a blank-check company sponsored by affiliates of The LGL Group that completed its IPO in 2020, targeting the technology and defense-adjacent cybersecurity sector.
