Amplitude Healthcare Acquisition Corporation (AMHC) completed its business combination with Jasper Therapeutics, Inc. on July 17. The same day, Oxbridge Acquisition Corp. (OXAC) closed its merger with Jet.AI Inc.

Both transactions mark the successful culmination of announced combinations, enabling the resulting entities to commence operations as publicly traded companies. The closings provide liquidity events for SPAC sponsors, PIPE investors, and target-company shareholders, completing their path to the public markets through the de-SPAC structure.
