Four SPACs successfully closed stockholder meetings on May 20 with passage of all proposed items. Kayne Anderson Acquisition Corp. (KAAC) stockholders approved director elections, auditor ratification, and two additional proposals. Software Acquisition Group Inc (SAQN) approved director elections, auditor ratification, and four other proposals. GHL Acquisition Corp. (GHQ) and Genesis Park Acquisition Corp (GNPK) each cleared director elections and three supplementary matters. All votes passed without reported opposition.
