(Nasdaq: PPGH), sponsored by Poema Global Management LLC, completed its business combination with Gogoro Inc., a Taiwan-based electric vehicle and battery-swapping network company. The SPAC completed its initial public offering in 2021 and announced the Gogoro transaction in September of that year, targeting the electric vehicle sector with an emphasis on sustainable urban mobility infrastructure. Gogoro operates one of the world's largest battery-swapping networks, serving riders predominantly across Taiwan and select Asian markets.
