Tiga Acquisition Corp (TINV), sponsored by Tiga Investments and led by Raymond Zage, completed its business combination with Grindr Inc., the LGBTQ+-focused social networking and dating platform, in November 2022. The blank-check company conducted its initial public offering in 2020, targeting the technology and consumer internet sector. The merger, announced in May 2022, brought Grindr to public markets, with the combined company subsequently trading under the ticker GRND on the New York Stock Exchange.
