LGL Systems Acquisition Corp, trading on Nasdaq under the ticker DFNS, completed its IPO in 2020 with a focus on the defense and cybersecurity sector. Sponsored by LGL Systems LLC, an affiliate of The LGL Group, the blank-check company announced in March 2021 a definitive business combination agreement with IronNet, Inc., a network cybersecurity firm co-founded by former National Security Agency Director Keith B.
