ArcLight Clean Transition Corp. II, trading under the ticker ACTD and sponsored by ArcLight Capital Partners, completed its business combination with OPAL Fuels, a renewable natural gas production and electric vehicle fueling infrastructure company operating in the clean energy sector. The SPAC conducted its IPO in 2021 and announced the merger with OPAL Fuels in March 2022, with the transaction subsequently closing and OPAL Fuels beginning its life as a public company.
