Tailwind Two Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: TWNT) completed its initial public offering in 2021, targeting the aerospace and space technology sector. Sponsored by Tailwind Two Acquisition Holdings, LLC, the vehicle announced a business combination with Terran Orbital Corporation, a Florida-based manufacturer of small satellites and end-to-end space solutions, in October 2021.
