Vy Global Growth (Nasdaq: VYGG) is a blank-check company sponsored by Vy Capital, the technology-focused growth investment firm founded by Alexander Tamas. The SPAC completed its initial public offering in 2020 following its S-1 registration filed with the SEC in September of that year, targeting acquisitions in the technology and consumer-internet sectors. In March 2021 Vy Global Growth announced a definitive business combination agreement with Cazoo Group, a United Kingdom-based online automotive marketplace, and the transaction closed later that year, with the combined entity trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker CZOO. The SPAC is therefore no longer active under the VYGG ticker.
