Holley Inc. completed its business combination with blank-check company Empower Ltd. (Nasdaq: EMPW), a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by Empower Sponsor LLC and affiliated with Sentinel Capital Partners, in July 2021. EMPW completed its IPO in 2020 and targeted the automotive aftermarket sector. The merger brought Holley, a century-old designer and manufacturer of performance automotive components including fuel systems, exhaust, and ignition products, into the public markets. Following the transaction close, the combined company began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker HLLY.
