III (Nasdaq: ANDA), a blank-check company sponsored by Andina Capital Group, LLC that held its initial public offering in 2020. The transaction, which closed in July 2021, brought Stryve Foods to the public markets as a consumer staples company operating in the better-for-you snacking sector, primarily producing and marketing air-dried meat snack products such as biltong and beef jerky under its Stryve and Braaitime brands.
