EVgo Inc. (Nasdaq: EVGO) is a publicly traded electric vehicle fast-charging network operator that completed its SPAC merger with Climate Change Crisis Real Impact I Acquisition Corporation in July 2021. The blank-check vehicle, which priced its IPO in 2020 and was sponsored by affiliates of LS Power, brought EVgo to the public markets within the clean energy and transportation infrastructure sector.
